Who is responsible

The site mogtown.app is published by Paul Nadin, the controller of your data. Contact: paul.nadin.pro@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only if you join the waitlist: your email address, your language, the platform you picked (iPhone or Android), the date of your consent and, when known, the site you came from (TikTok, for example).

Nothing else: no account, no password, no name.

Why

To email you when Mogtown comes out, and to know how many players are waiting for iPhone or Android.

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time.

Minimum age

The waitlist is for people aged 15 or over: in France, under 15, a parent's agreement is needed for this kind of processing. If you are under 15, please don't sign up and follow Mogtown on TikTok instead.

If we learn that someone under 15 signed up, we delete their address.

Who can access it

Two technical providers process this data on our behalf only: Vercel Inc. (site hosting, United States) and Supabase Inc. (database, servers in the European Union).

Where data may be processed outside the European Union, these providers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, and at the latest 12 months after the game comes out.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, so there is nothing to accept.

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without any data that identifies you: pages viewed, country, device type and the site you came from (TikTok, for example). These statistics are anonymous and aggregated.

The host keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for the site's security. The IP address is also used, without being stored by us, to block abusive form submissions.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent or object to the processing. Write to paul.nadin.pro@gmail.com from the address concerned: we answer within one month.

You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).

What about the app?

This policy covers the site and the waitlist. It will be extended before the Mogtown app comes out to describe the data handled in the game.
