Scope

These terms govern the use of mogtown.app and its waitlist. By using the site, you accept them.

The site is free and needs no account. We may change, suspend or stop it at any time.

It is for people aged 15 or over. Signing up commits you to nothing and costs nothing.

Mogtown is in development: no release date is guaranteed, and the final game may differ from what the site shows.

Mogtown will be free to download, with optional in-app purchases. On iPhone, those purchases will go through the App Store and follow Apple's terms.

The odds of getting each crate item will be shown in the game before any purchase.

The Mogtown name, characters, visuals, videos and texts belong to Paul Nadin. Any reproduction without permission is forbidden.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, without being able to guarantee it at all times.

These terms are governed by French law.
